Number of Sessions
I recommend trying 3 assessment sessions. During the assessment sessions, I aim to understand your reasons for therapy, backgrounds, hopes, goals and so forth, so that we both are clear with the reasons we work together for. It is also an opportunity for you to see if this is the right choice of therapy and therapist for you. If you and I agree to work together, I will book a block of 12 sessions for us. Psychotherapy that is my approach is a process of us working towards building a therapeutic relationship. It takes time to build trust and lead us to effectively work towards the goals we agree with. Therapy is a collaborative space. Therefore, I suggest a block of 12 sessions that is fairly we work for 3 months minimum together. We will review our progress around the 10th session and decide whether we will work together further.
Fees
Here is the session fees guideline. If you need a concession for your personal reasons, please do not hesitate to let me know. I can offer some discounts for the limited spots.
