Move & Connect is a community-based space for those who would like to dance and move on your own and/or with others. It is monthly offered throughout the year.

Find a moment for yourself and get in touch with your body. Move on your own, move with props such as colourful fabrics or ribbons, or move with others if you would like to. No skills or experience required.

 

This is not a typical dance class, but a collective conscious body-centred space. You may experience what dance movement therapy is like in this space.
