Newsletter No.21 - Happy New Year 2022

Happy New Year! May 2022 bring you full of joy and happiness. I hope you all have had time to relax and enjoy the end of the year. I was able to spend a lot of time at home mostly cleaning the places where I normally don't, cooking some Japanese new year dishes, or just watching movies and so on. It was just good for me to be away from the psychotherapeutic world and absolutely do nothing. I am back to work from next week and feel excited what will unfold this year. In the midst of the spread of omicron, we continue to live in fear and anxiety. Dr. Tedros, the WHO Director states that only when vaccines are equally distributed in every country, the pandemic will end (BBC, 2021). I am really hoping the 2022 will bring us a sense of safety in our bodies and more connections with whatever we individually have lost.
