Hi, I hope you all had a restful holiday and rejuvenate your body and soul for 2026! I had a three-week off from the work and this time I was able to completely be immersed into time with my family. The photo above is from a beach at York Peninsula, South Australia and it was simply beautiful and calm. I could not help myself but dancing on the beach! Some people asked me what I was doing and why! Well...I just felt like dancing!

From this year, I aim to send my newsletters quarterly a year. This newsletter is for all stakeholders, and some might be relevant to you and others are not; you can find that out by the headlines. I aim to update about my work, upcoming CPDs for professionals and programs for communities. If you opt out continuing to receive newsletters from me, you can unsubscribe by using the link found at the bottom of this letter.

Update: Outreach Program at Aged Care Facility

I started to facilitate a dance movement therapy program at an aged care facility where about 20 residents join me in dancing and finding connections with others. I work with people living with dementia in this space and learning about them too. It is a touching moment when I saw a gentleman who fell asleep before the session picked up slow movements that led him to enliven his energy.
